£60,000 saving = sales success for Portford Homes in Cleckheaton
Yorkshire housebuilder Portford Homes has seen encouraging sales at its Spenmill Grange development in Cleckheaton following its recent price slash on the range of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Homebuyers have been hot-footing it to Spenmill Grange on White Chapel Road where a selection of newly released properties are now being offered at massively reduced prices, meaning that purchasers have been saving up to £60,000 on a brand new home.
First time buyers have also been benefitting from the slashed prices with a choice of two-bedroom apartments now available from £94,950. The housebuilder is also offering 5% deposit paid making it even easier to get a foothold on the property ladder.
