Slashed prices drive sales for Portford Homes

Yorkshire housebuilder Portford Homes has seen encouraging sales at its Cypress Heights development in Barnsley and Spenmill Grange in Cleckheaton following its recent price slash on the range of brand new homes.

Homebuyers have been hot-footing it to the two popular developments where a selection of newly released properties are now being offered at massively reduced prices.

Commenting on the recent sales success, Sales and Marketing Director at Portford Homes. David Mackintosh said:
“This flourish in sales is a real testament to the reputation of Portford Homes and is a very encouraging sign that both developments and our prices tick all the right boxes for a variety of homebuyers.

“We understand that buyers in the current market may be faced with uncertainties, and that’s why we revised our prices at Cypress Heights and Spenmill Grange to an all-time low to help restore confidence in purchasing a new property. And at Spenmill Grange buyers have been saving over £60,000 on the three-bedroom Hunsworth housetype which was previously priced at £230,000 but is now on sale for £169,950
